Nothing to write about us.

We have ridden the The Mawddach Trail - a 9 mile stretch of a former railway track that follows the river Bar from Barmouth to Dolgellau. The hardest parts are:

  1. The hill from Birmingham Garage in Church Street to the tarmac track to the combined railway and pedestrian bridge across the esturay.
  2. Trying to cycle through the occational heaps of sand on the pedestrian bridge across the esturay.
  3. Not being hungry enough to sample the food at the George III pub
  4. The slope from the combined railway and pedestrian bridge across the esturay to Church Street.

We have ridden the The Mawddach Trail - a 9 mile stretch of a former railway track that follows the river Bar from Barmouth to Dolgellau. The easiest parts of the 18 mile round trip along The Mawddach Trail are:

  1. The slope to the combined railway and pedestrian bridge across the esturay from Church Street.
  2. The Mawddach Trail
  3. Stopping at the George III pub for drinks (on the return journey)
  4. Freewheeling down Church Street to return the bikes to Birmingham Garage.

We hired the bikes for half a day from Birmingham Garage in Church Street Barmouth.
